Order processing

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Typical United States delivery estimate: 8 Business Days

Delivery estimates are estimates. Carriers, weather, customs, address issues, and seasonal volume can all interfere.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free for United States orders.

If expedited shipping or international shipping is available, rates and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS if that information was provided at checkout.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an address error, contact support@goodknee.co as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Good Knee is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
